Hi fellow fitblrs! :)
Hope everyone is having a marvelous healthy day!
I have created a facebook group called Fit-tips and fit-motivation. This group is for ladies only! I am from Australia and shockingly 60% of Australians are obese, which is just horrific!
I wanted to create a page where women could go to get their daily fit-inspiration, healthy receipes, exercises, workouts, what supplements are good, What’s the best food for breakfast etc etc. Basically anything to do with fitness, health and well being is on this page. Most importantly I wanted to create a SUPPORT group for females to share and encourage everyone on being healthy, happy and balanced in their life.
Being healthy is a lifestyle choice and with everyone on the same page it will be hughly beneficial as everyone can share their experiences and ideas :) !!!
* Just click on the title and it should take you there! Let me know if you have trouble findining it and I can add you! share this so we can get as many fitblr’s involved and make as many girls as fit as they can be one step at a time! :)

Hi :)
I do have an about me section there is a tab at the top “ME” go right to the bottom and you can have a read :)
The most important and main things I learnt about health and my body during ballet were actually learn’t after I chose to stop dancing.
I wasn’t eating enough food and over exercising, therefore I could not be the strongest dancer I could be. I was blessed with the aesthetics and natural talent but if I wasn’t stuck in the trap of being “perfectly skinny” I could have continued dancing for a bit longer. I stopped because I wanted to create my life and be happy and healthy. I was scared if I continued I would not be able to have children because of what I was doing to my body.
I put on about 15 kilo’s in the year that I stopped. Mostly much needed weight, however my body stored onto fat like no tomorrow simply because it had been deprived from it for so long. My metabolism was slow, therefore the food I was eating was being stored and not burn’t off as quickly.
I have had to focus on making my metabolism get back to where it should be. I believe in eating clean and healthy and making this a lifestyle. Infact the more regularly you eat the more your body is burining. BUT has to be the right foods. If you want advice let me know as I have gone through many trials and errors!!!
Most importanty you need to be happy and healthy!!
