I was a ballet dancer for 10 years and studied fulltime at the Australian Ballet School, graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Dance. I now am a qualifed Personal Trainer.

My steady progress over 4 months. I haven’t been super strict or still drinking, eating foods I like on the weekend but definitely clean eating Monday - Friday and exercising 5-6 days a week split weight training.
